- Construction Progress: Concrete works are now complete with topsoil and asphalt works nearing completion.

We're pleased to share that civil works are progressing well and remain on track for completion in the coming weeks.
Concrete works, including footpaths and driveway crossovers, are now complete. Topsoil placement across nature strips and lots is nearly finished, and the final asphalt road surface has largely been laid.
The remaining works, including road line marking and street signage, will commence shortly. Once complete, Council will undertake final inspections of the roads and drainage network.
Valuation Access Now Available
Valuation access is now available for your lot. Please contact your bank or broker and advise that Tina Wu, Care Consultant, is the contact for valuation bookings. We encourage you to arrange your valuation as soon as possible.
Once the valuation is complete, your loan approval will typically progress towards unconditional status (subject to plan registration and any remaining lender requirements), and your lender will issue the final loan documents for signing.
To help avoid delays, please continue working with your bank or broker to progress your loan towards unconditional approval.
