We're pleased to advise that civil construction works are anticipated to recommence shortly, marking the next phase of progress for the stage.
Bulk earthworks and sewer works have already been completed, representing a significant milestone in the development of the community.
Drainage works were partially completed as part of earlier works, with construction of the remaining drainage infrastructure anticipated to recommence in early October 2026. We look forward to sharing further updates as works continue to progress.
