We're pleased to advise that drainage works are now complete. This important milestone provides the underground infrastructure needed to manage rainwater throughout the stage and allows the next phase of construction works to commence.
Water reticulation works, including the installation of the water mains, have now commenced. These works will provide the water supply network throughout the stage and prepare future homes for connection to the water service.
Road crossing conduit works have also commenced. These works allow important services such as electricity and telecommunications to be connected throughout the community without disturbing the road once it has been constructed.
