We’re pleased to provide the latest update on the construction works of Stage 55.
Works are progressing well and remain on schedule. Concrete works are underway, including footpaths and driveways , with the lower road base complete and the first layer of asphalt now in place.
Topsoil is being spread across lots and nature strips, with final road surfacing to follow shortly.
You’ll soon receive an update when site access for valuations is available. Once received, please forward it to your broker or banker to arrange an on-site valuation.
In the meantime, please continue progressing your loan towards unconditional approval and contact your bank or broker to help avoid delays.
We’ll provide a further reminder once valuation access is ready.
