Titles Expected: August 2025
Stage Update: Works to Stage 20 are progressing ahead of schedule, with roadworks now well advanced and approaching completion. All retaining walls have been completed, supporting the smooth delivery of civil works. At this stage, Practical Completion and Titles are forecast for July and August respectively.
