Certificates of Title available
Settlements are underway for this stage and we welcome our new residents to the community. Service activations are being pursued with Western Power confirming energization is scheduled for 7th November.
- Certificates of Title and Practical Completion achieved.
- Energisation occurring 7th November.
- Landscape works to the nearby Stage 17 park commenced in August and are expected to be completed in February 2026.
