Certificates of Title Available
The major construction works to this stage are now complete. Finishing touches to the park that connects Stage 3 and 4 is underway. Periphery fencing is programmed to commence in late April for select lots within this stage.
With settlements underway, we welcome our new residents to the community
- Stage is now accessible.
- Blade fencing and infill colorbond fencing to some lots starting in late April 2025.
- Landscaping to streetscapes and finishing works to Stage 3/4 park underway.
