  • New Service Centre officially opened by NSW Premier Dominic Perrottet
  • Convenient access to government services for all south-west Sydney residents
  • Delivers an even more comprehensive range of services at the doorstep of Ed.Square residents

The new Service NSW Centre at Ed.Square, the game-changing south-west Sydney community at Edmondson Park by Frasers Property Australia, was officially opened by NSW Premier Dominic Perrottet today.

Located in the popular regional destination Ed.Square Town Centre, the Service Centre makes it easy for people and businesses across south-west Sydney to access government services, taking advantage of the connected, easily accessible location of the new community adjacent to Edmondson Park train station.

Service NSW is on Level 1 of the Town Centre with access from the ground floor lobby off Sergeant Street and is open from 9am until 5pm during the week, and 8:30am to 12.30pm on Saturdays. The NSW Government has committed to a five-year lease for the centre, with a five-year option.

Mark Gleeson, Executive General Manager Investments, Frasers Property Australia says Service NSW joins over 60 other tenants at Ed.Square Town Centre, including a full-line Coles and Liquorland, Eat Street, state-of-the-art Event Cinemas, flagship iPlay centre, tavern and a wide range of health, medical and wellbeing services.

“Residents of Ed.Square already enjoy a fantastic line-up of shopping, entertainment, dining and convenient services options in the Town Centre,” says Mr Gleeson.

“Not everyone can access services online so it’s crucial to have in-person services within the community. From driving tests to Savings Finder support, applying for birth, death or marriage certificates and more, residents of Ed.Square can get it done on their doorstep and, for the broader community, it’s next door to the train station.

“The closest existing Service NSW Centres are in Gregory Hills and Liverpool, so the addition of this newest centre ensures the residents of the region have ready access to government services.”

At Ed.Square, Frasers Property has collaborated with world-class architectural firms HDR, GroupGSA and HASSELL to deliver the vision for a 21st century town centre, integrated with 1,884 homes in a mix of apartments, terraces and ‘mews’-style townhomes.
