Welcome to the latest Burwood Brickworks Update.

We’re excited to keep you informed about how the project is progressing, give you insights into the construction process and ensure you’re up to date with the development of your new community.

Construction Progress

2023 is off to a flying start and that includes construction of the final homes at Burwood Brickworks. All the trades are now back in full swing after the holiday period and powering on at full capacity.

As usual, we’ll continue to keep you informed every step of the way with the latest news on your new home and new community.

There’s just a few short months until The Park Crescent homes are due to settle, and they’re now donning their finery as they prepare to welcome their families.

Tiling is one-third complete, as is joinery installation. Outside, waterproofing of balconies is also one-third of the way through, and rear yard decking has started along with the landscaping that will put the finishing touches on these stylish residences.

Settlement Forecast

Settlement of your apartments is now anticipated in August 2023.
