Construction Update

Welcome to the latest edition of the Burwood Brickworks community update.

As they say in baseball, “we are at the bottom of the ninth” in the creation of our Park Crescent homes. In fact, we’re moving into the final stages of construction across the entire community.

The Park Crescent homes will be the first of the final two stages of Burwood Brickworks and settlements are just around the corner.

In the meantime, we’ll continue to keep you informed of what our tradespeople are working on, right up to your settlement date.

Construction Progress

Having completed all landscaping works last month, this month we’ve been focused on making the inside as beautiful as the outside.

We’ve completed the fit-out, the joinery and robes are all finished, and the stylish Smeg appliances have been installed. We’ll undertake a comprehensive clean and tidy, and make sure all the finer details of your new home are of the high quality you deserve.

Pre-settlement inspections have recently been completed and we hope everyone enjoyed experiencing their new homes for the first time.

Settlement Forecast

Settlement of your home is now anticipated in mid-September 2023.
