Burwood Brickworks Construction Update - Park Crescent Homes

Welcome to the latest edition of the Burwood Brickworks development update. We’re pleased to be able to keep you informed every step of the way with the latest news on your new home and new community.

Construction update

The Stage 6 Park Crescent homes are taking shape apace. Framing is nearing completion and rough-in has begun, along with first floor cladding.

Roofs have been craned into position with 50% now installed, windows are going in and brickwork is nearing completion at ground level, as we edge closer to lock-up stage.

Settlement on these homes is on track for Q2 2023.

The green, green grass of (your new) home

La Nina threw some weather obstacles our way, but the Village Green will be complete in coming days as the last of the turf goes down.

Defect rectification is being carried out alongside final approvals of the all-important playground equipment.

We’re also doing a full clean and tidy up befitting what will become the heart of our new community.

Donaldson Reserve’s landscaping is also coming to completion. We can’t wait for our new residents to relax in these welcoming green spaces as they enjoy their first summer in their new neighbourhood.
