Framing takes form – Here’s the latest on Stage 6

Welcome to the latest Burwood Brickworks Construction Update.

We’re excited to keep you informed about how the project is progressing, give you insights into the construction process and ensure you’re up to date with the development of your new community.

Construction Progress

We’re pleased to report that framing work on Park Crescent Homes in Stage 6 is now well advanced, with all framing due to be completed in the coming weeks. Ground floor brickwork is also nearing completion.

This progress means that our teams will be able to commence roof sheeting and rough-in (that is, plumbing and electrical works) over the next few weeks, allowing these beautiful new homes to quickly take shape.

General update - Village Green

Anticipation is building for the opening of the Village Green, with works now very close to completion.

Our contract partner is currently undertaking defect rectification works, and our team have their fingers and toes tightly crossed for a week of good weather so they can lay the lush new turf within the basin.

We’re getting excited to see this wonderful central community space taking shape and look forward to being able to welcome you and your family there soon!

Settlement Forecast

Settlement of your home is anticipated in quarter-two 2023.

Please note that the anticipated timeframe for settlement is indicative and subject to change due to the construction works program, external authority involvement and weather conditions.

We'll let you know as we reach new milestones in your settlement journey.

Legal Representation

Your legal representative will provide advice and assistance with the preparations for your settlement and most importantly, a legal communication point to Frasers Property legal representatives and your nominated bank. If you have yet to appoint a legal representative (solicitor or conveyancer), please nominate one as soon as possible and send their contact details to Tina Wu via ProsperityCareVIC@frasersproperty.com.au
