Construction Update

Welcome to the latest Burwood Brickworks Update.

We’re excited to keep you informed about how the project is progressing, give you insights into the construction process and ensure you’re up to date with the development of your new community.

Construction Progress

It’s icing-on-the-cake time for the Park Crescent Homes.

Joinery is within days of being finished, and the properties are now ready to put their best faces forward with painting underway.

Tiling is two-thirds complete and waterproofing is also on the home straight.

But perhaps most exciting is the fact scaffolding has now been dropped, allowing these handsome homes to reveal themselves to the world for the first time.

Settlement Forecast

We’re working closely with Burbank Urban to establish a timeframe for completion of the Park Crescent homes to our high standards and will advise our customers in the coming weeks as soon as we have more clarity, but we expect settlement to occur by late August or early September.
