Construction Update

Welcome to the latest edition of the Burwood Brickworks development update.

As we count down the final weeks before our community’s newest residents move into the Park Crescent homes, we’ll keep updating you with what’s going on in and outside your stunning new property.

Construction Progress

All flooring, including those showstopping engineered oak floorboards and 100% wool blend carpets, is now complete.

The finishing touches have also been made to the exterior of the property, with the completion of the landscaping.

Fit offs are underway and the all-important joinery and robes are very close to completion in all properties.

Installation of the sleek Smeg appliances is now underway.

As we forge ahead towards the early/mid September settlement dates, we’ll keep you up to date with what our tradespeople are working on.

Settlement Forecast

Settlement of your apartments is now anticipated in early to mid September 23.

Please note that the anticipated settlement time frame is indicative and subject to change due to the construction works program, external authority involvement and weather conditions.
