Welcome to the latest Encompass Update.

We’re excited to keep you informed about how the project is progressing, give you insights into the construction process and ensure you’re up to date with the development of your new community.

Construction Progress

The builder continues to progress with internal fitoffs, with splashbacks, stonework and installation of appliances nearing completion. The project management team is continuing defecting having completed up to level 1. The final external facade details and level 7 common area external finishes are now complete. Next month will see the completion of common area corridors and lobby and progression of external landscaping. The builder is continuining to working hard to meet permit conditions required to enable subdivision which is the next milestone within the program.

Settlement Forecast

Settlement of your apartment is now anticipated in February 2024.

Please note that the anticipated timeframe for settlement is indicative and subject to change due to the civil works program, external authority involvement and weather conditions.
