Settlement of your apartment is now anticipated in Early - Mid April 2024.

Welcome to the latest Encompass Update.

We’re excited to keep you informed about how the project is progressing, give you insights into the construction process and ensure you’re up to date with the development of your new community.

Progress Update

The project management team has fully completed defecting across the entire project, including all apartments, common areas, external areas and landscaping. The final pre-settlement inspection were completed last week highlighting a major milestone and valuations are well underway. All services have been independently checked and commissioned ensuring that the building is compliant and operating as intended for move in's.

The communal area is now fully complete and looking terrific with all furniture installed across the Terrace, Lounge and Quiet Reading Area. We are excited for residents to enjoy and utilise this space!

The builder has received Occupancy Certificate and has been issued Practical Completion, in a major milestone for the project. They are now focussed on closing out any remaining minor defects ahead of settlements. We pride ourselves on delivering the highest quality project for our residents and this is no exception at Encompass.

Statement of Compliance and Certified Plan of Subdivision has been given by council and titles will be lodged with Land Use Victoria early next week. Settlement is the next milestone, so our Customer Care team will be in contact with you next week for Settlement Notices, with Settlements anticipated in early to mid April.
