Progress Update

Over the past weeks, our team has been diligently conducting internal defect inspections across all levels of the project. We have conducted these inspections to identify any issues or imperfections, and our dedicated workforce has been actively working to ensure that each defect is rectified to meet our high-quality standards. The aim is not only to meet but exceed expectations, ensuring that our project stands as a testament to excellence in construction.

Our landscaping plan has been meticulously crafted to enhance the overall appeal of the project while complementing the surrounding natural elements. We have sourced a variety of plants and trees that not only contribute to the visual aesthetics but also promote sustainability and environmental consciousness.

Settlement Forecast

Settlement of your apartment is now anticipated in March - April 2024.

Please note that the anticipated timeframe for settlement is indicative and subject to change due to the civil works program, external authority involvement and weather conditions.
