Construction Update

Welcome to the latest Encompass Update.

We’re excited to keep you informed about how the project is progressing, give you insights into the construction process and ensure you’re up to date with the development of your new community.

Progress Update

Over the past month, our team has continued to diligently conduct internal defect inspections across all levels of the project with final inspections occurring over the past week. We will then focus on the communal areas, corridors and lobby areas to ensure the whole building is finished to the highest quality for our residents. The communal terrace area and lounge is nearing full completion with the installation of appliances and finishing touches. Our team has continued to commission each level to ensure all appliances and systems are operating as intended for each home. External landscaping works are well underway with the planting of trees, turf and plants bringing life to the project and bringing a complimentary aesthetic to our project. The wider team and builder have been completing the final permit conditions to enable subdivision and lodgement of titles.
