Book your Key Handover

The countdown is nearly over. With settlement on Tuesday 23rd April for all lots with 14 day terms and Tuesday 30th April for all lots with 21 day terms, you will soon be picking up the keys to your new home!

Your Key Handover will be held at Frasers Property Australia - Melbourne Office which is located at Level 9, 484 St Kilda Rd, Melbourne VIC 3004.

We cannot complete your handover until settlement has occurred, so it's best to schedule your Key Handover appointment at least 2 hours after your settlement is due to take place. Contact your legal representative and/ or broker to confirm the time scheduled for settlement.

If you are unable to attend your Key Handover, you may nominate someone else to collect your keys, remotes, and gift by sending a completed Key Handover Authority Form to customercarevic@frasersproperty.com.au.

如果您无法亲自参加领钥仪式，您可以填写完整的领钥授权表格，并发送至customercarevic@frasersproperty.com.au来指定其他人领取您的钥匙、遥控器和礼品。.
