Settlements have been called and will commence from Tuesday 23 April.

Progress Update

The project team has continued to work tirelessly to close out all remaining defects across the entire project ahead of settlements. Ensuring the building is presented in an exceptional standard and the level of quality we expect for our purchasers and projects. As you'll be aware, Titles have registered and settlements have now been called. The Owners Corporation have held their initial General Meeting and is now in full effect and operation. Please contact the Owners Corporation for any queries regarding Move Ins and there will be a Move In Supervisor available on-site for any assistance during this period. We look forward to welcoming our new customers to Encompass - Carlton, the Customer Care team will be in contact to arrange Key Handover and ensure a smooth settlement handover.
