Planned Settlement: Late April / Early May 2026
Construction Underway
Civil construction of Stage 9 within the Hillsmeade Precinct has commenced.
- Topsoiling of lots, installation of street signs, wearing course asphalt and line marking are now complete.
- Council Practical Completion has been obtained.
- Asset testing in order to obtain Statement of Compliance is underway.
