Planned Settlements: June-July 2026
Construction Underway
Civil construction of Stage 30 within the Wirrinda Precinct has commenced.
- Installation of watermains, subsurface drainage, first layer of road pavement, as well as kerb is now complete.
- Installation of the second layer of road pavement rock, asphalt and electrical trenching for cabling are underway.
- Telecommunication and footpath installation are due to commence.
