Certificates of Title Issued
Recent wet weather has pushed back Practical Completion (PC), but our Civil Construction team has worked diligently to keep things moving. We're now on track for PC in early August. Once PC is achieved, our engineers will coordinate final service connections (water, electricity, gas, and NBN) and confirm timings.
Certificates of Title were issued on the 25th July.
Contractors are finalising sections of this stage. This includes the installation of rural lot fencing, verge landscaping and finishing works to retaining walls. The contractors can then focus on delivery of the park which forms part of this stage.
- Due to recent inclement weather, Practical Completion is scheduled for early August.
- Landscaping is scheduled to start after Practical Completion of Stage 9 land lots.
- Minor items like balustrade installation, rural lot fencing and some grouting and pointing of the retaining walls will be completed post Practical Completion.
