Certificates of Title Planned July 2025
Construction is nearing completion on Stage 9.
Roadworks have commenced which is the final major milestone in terms of construction. The titling and clearance process has commenced.
- Roadworks have commenced and primer seal will be complete by the end of May (catalyst for clearances/titles).
- Titling and Clearance process has commenced.
- The sales team will reach out to purchasers over the coming weeks to arrange guided access for finance approvals/valuations in preparation for settlements in July/August.
