Certificates of Title Planned : July/August 2025
Construction is well underway. Earthworks are complete. Retaining walls are 90% completed. Deep services (Drainage and pits) are complete and shallow services (power, water, gas) are all approximately 90% complete.
Now that most of the retaining walls and services are complete, roadworks can commence. This is the last major milestone in the construction program and the catalyst for applying for early clearances and then titles.

- Roadworks (the last major milestone in the construction program) will commence shortly.
- Practical Completion on track for July with Titles to follow.
