Certificates of Title available
Stage 5 Rivers Edge reached Practical Completion on 9 October. Lot signs are now installed and final pegging is due early November, allowing valuations and building surveys to begin. Titles are now available. Western Power has not yet set an energisation date. Stage 5 Parks are awaiting final approvals, with works on smaller parks and streetscapes starting in November 2025.
