Some lenders or banks may require a valuation of your property.

Certificates of Title Issued July 2026
All works including parklands are now complete. Some minor works will continue over the coming months. Administrative delays have been finalised resulting in the Certificates of Title being issued in July 2026. Settlements are now underway This is the final stage at Frasers Landing to be delivered and we welcome our new residents to the community.
