Certificates of Title Expected: April/May 2026
We are pleased to advise that civil construction for Stage 11 Forest Walk is now complete, with only minor finishing works outstanding. Prior to titles being issued, a required amendment to the Deposited Plan was identified. These matters are administrative in nature, and we are actively progressing the necessary approvals. At this stage, titles are still anticipated to issue in April. Should approvals take longer than expected, titles may issue in May. We will continue to keep you informed by email as key milestones are achieved.
- Practical Completion has been reached.
- Blade and colourbond fencing to designated lots anticipated by April 2026.
- The park within this stage is progressing and forecast for completion in June/July 2026.
