Certificates of Title Expected: March 2026
Stage 11 Forest Walk construction is progressing well and on program. Service installations and retaining walls are almost complete. Roadworks have commenced with final asphalt and brick paving scheduled by the end of November 2025. The laying of footpaths is scheduled before the Christmas break. Expecting Powderbark Avenue to be open by Christmas.
- Sewer & Water Reticulation 90%, Stormwater Drainage 95% complete.
- Retaining Walls 90% complete.
- Roadworks significantly advanced.
