Certificates of Title Expected: March 2026
Construction is 97% complete. Practical Completion (PC) is on track for the 11th February 2026. Following PC, any identified defects or omissions will be rectified to the City of Mandurah’s satisfaction. We anticipate Western Power to energise the stage in April 2026. However, this is subject to Western Power confirming this date. We will email our Stage 11 buyers once a date is confirmed. The Stage 11 Park design is with City of Mandurah for approval. We anticipate works commencing in March 2026.
- Final Pegging will be complete by the 30th Jan, with lot signs already installed.
- Stage 11 park works to commence in March/April 2026.
- Western Power handover and energisation dates to be confirmed.
