Certificates of Title Expected: March 2026
Construction at Stage 11 Forest Walk is nearly finished, with practical completion date expected in mid-January 2026. The final plinths are being installed to the limestone retaining walls and roadworks and kerbing are complete. Power domes and street lighting are in process of being installed. The laying of footpaths is still scheduled before the Christmas break.
