Now that practical completion has been completely signed off, it’s time for the Plan of Subdivision to be lodged and registered with the Land Titles Office.

It's time to start getting ready for settlement.

Some lenders or banks may require a valuation of your property.

Once the land is registered, and has received a Statement of Compliance, you’ll receive a Settlement notice.

Certificates of Title Expected: April 2026
Construction is nearly complete. Stage works are close to completion with Practical Completion reached. Some finishing works are still being undertaken to this stage, including small sections of footpath, brick paving to an intersection and landscaping to corner verges and the pocket parks. Western Power are also required to return to site to energise this stage. We will continue to update you once this date has been provided by Western Power.
- Practical Completion was reached on the 23rd February with final pegging and lot signs installed.
- Certificates of Title now expected in April 2026.
- The pocket parks are still on track for completion in June 2026.
