Certificates of Title: March 2026
Construction has now commenced. Clearing is complete as well as earthworks. Topsoil stripping and screening 100% complete and import fill 75% complete. Sewer works are 50% complete.
Design on the adjoining pocket park is progressing and we expect works to start in first quarter of 2026.

- Powderbark Avenue is temporarily closed to traffic whilst civil works in progress.
