Frasers Property announces new Executive appointments

14 October 2026

Frasers Property Australia has announced key changes to its Executive Management Team with Anita Hoskins assuming the new role of Executive General Manager – Capital Transactions and Operations and Nigel Howe elevated to the position of Chief Financial Officer.

After 22 years with Frasers Property, Executive General Manager Investments Mark Gleeson will step down from working full-time at the end of the year.

In her newly-created role, Ms Hoskins will be responsible for the management of the company’s investment assets as well as overseeing its capital partnering and joint venture arrangements.

She will also continue to oversee Frasers Property’s digital and technology functions, as well as the company’s sustainability and health & safety operations.

Succeeding Ms Hoskins as Chief Financial Officer, Mr Howe brings a unique skill set combining technical capability specific to the industry with strong commercial acumen, as well as over 25 years of finance experience, to the Executive Management Team.

“These additions to our Executive Management Team come at an exciting time for the business. With our recent acquisitions and strategic divestments, we have replenished our pipeline in key growth markets and remain in a strong capital position to make further acquisitions. Anita and Nigel will be instrumental in progressing our strategy in their new roles,” says Mr Cameron Leggatt, Chief Executive Officer, Frasers Property Australia.

“Anita has been Chief Financial Officer since joining Frasers Property in 2020 and, over this period, has brought strong financial discipline and a consistent focus on execution. Nigel has been a significant contributor to the business over the last few years and has played an important role in helping us deliver our strategic priorities.”

In announcing the changes. Mr Leggatt acknowledged the significant contribution of Mr Gleeson.

“Mark’s contribution to the Frasers Property Australia business over an extended period has been immense. His strong leadership in progressing our capital recycling strategy is one of the main reasons we are in such a strong position today. Both in a business and personal sense, he will be missed. We thank him for his leadership and wish him well in this next phase,” Mr Leggatt says.
