Welcome to your May construction update for your property at The Mews at Botanica.
Despite facing some challenging weather recently, we've made significant progress.
Blocks 1 (CN8201-CN8205) & 2 (CN8206-CN8208): The frames have been completed and inspected. Services are now taking shape inside each lot. Externally, the feature brickwork is progressing well and making a significant impact, even with the scaffolding still in place. Our cladding program has also commenced on the centre block, adding to the sense of rolling progress among the site teams.
Block 3 (CN8209-CN8212): has now completed its roof framing with roof sheeting commencing shortly.
