The team at Botanica are pleased to bring you the next construction update for your new home in The Mews.

We are excited to see that 2026 has gotten off to a flying start with the completion of the internal car court. Passers-by will see that the landscaping and car parking bays are coming together. Internally, CN8201 to CN8208 have progressed through the quality assurance phase in preparation for booking the first pre-settlement inspection, with CN8209 to CN8212 not far behind.

Inside the stage, the common landscaping works are starting to shape what will be an amazing homely experience for the new owners, we’re looking forward to handing over the completed homes & living experience to their new owners.
