Welcome to your July construction update for your property at The Mews at Botanica.
June had started with a bit of rain, but the construction team is working ahead.
Block 1 (CN8201-CN8205): has had it’s scaffolding removed, with the garages and car court façade being revealed. Internally the stairs have successfully been installed and the internal sheeting progressing nicely.
Block 2 (CN8206-CN8208): we have the first set of kitchen joinery being installed, along with the wardrobes. The first coat of paint has been complete, giving the homes further character.
Block 3 (CN8209-CN8212): internal insulation and sheet to commence over the next few weeks and scaffolding coming down soon, this will allow the team to start the internal car court.
