Botanica Construction Update - The Mews

We are currently forecasting The Mews for completion and settlement by Quarter 1 2026. This forecast is subject to weather delays, general construction progress, and receipt of the title registration and occupation certificates.

The team at Botanica are excited that after the commissioning of all services, the construction of the car court has commenced.

During the month, the construction team were busy installing the landscaping features to the backyards of CN8201 to CN8208, with CN8209 to CN8212 close behind. Balcony handrails have been installed, beginning to shape the character of the homes as viewed from the car court side.

CN8201 to CN8208 are in the final stages of completion with alarm control panels being fitted, along with rainwater tanks. CN8209 to CN8212 have kitchen joinery installed and now moving into the final paint and accessory fit off stage of the build.

This will be our last update for 2025. The Customer Care Team will be taking a short break with our last day for the year being Friday 19th December, returning to the office on Monday 5th January.
