The team at Botanica has welcomed September with encouraging progress and improved weather conditions.
Works are scheduled to commence in September; this will be a great milestone to be completed and is expected to take a month to complete.
Block 1 (CN8201-CN8205): Bathroom tiling has commenced, and kitchen joinery installation is underway. Internal plasterboard walls are now ready for painting.
Block 2 (CN8206-CN8208): With kitchens and wardrobes installed, flooring measurements are being taken in preparation for installation.
Block 3 (CN8209-CN8212): Scaffolding is scheduled to be removed this month, revealing the full character of the homes and enabling plasterboard installation to begin shortly.
