Welcome to your June construction update for your property at The Mews at Botanica.
June had started with a bit of rain, but the construction team is working ahead.
Block 1 (CN8201-CN8205) has had its roof completed. Inside, the air conditioning, electrical & plumbing are taking shape, passers by will be able to see more of the patio taking shape for CN8201, with the cladding now outlining the homes character.
Block 2 (CN8206-CN8208) has had its cladding progress around balconies facing the internal car court, internally the first of the internal plasterboard sheeting has been installed, this is an important milestone as each homes starts to develop its own shape and character.
Block 3 (CN8209-CN8212): Standing out amongst the trees along Main Ave, has had its roof progressed well, and preparing for the next stage of services, insulation & plasterboard sheeting in the coming month.
