Welcome to your construction update for The Promenade Collection at The Quarry.
- A major milestone has been reached in the western precinct of the Promenade Collection, with plan sealing and land titles now complete. Final landscaping, fencing, turfing and street lighting works are underway, ahead of the roadway opening to the public in the coming week.
- On the western side, lot filling and retaining wall construction has been completed along with all roadworks. The scope is now progressing to footpaths, driveway crossover installation and landscaping.
- We encourage all residents to stay up to date with activities and important information about life at The Quarry by visiting the Resident’s Hub.
