Welcome to your construction update for The Promenade Collection at The Quarry.
- Retaining walls are now complete on the eastern side, along with the installation of underground services, concrete roads, and footpaths.
- On the western side, lot filling and bulk earthworks are nearing completion, and retaining wall construction is well underway.
- We encourage all residents to stay up to date with activities and important information about life at The Quarry by visiting the Resident’s Hub.
- Settlements are on schedule to occur in August/September 2026, subject to weather and construction progress.
