Welcome to your first construction update for The Promenade Collection at The Quarry.
- Construction is underway at The Promenade Collection Release One, with monthly updates to keep you informed as the precinct takes shape.
- Bulk earthworks are well progressed, with individual lots already taking shape. Operational Works Approvals are expected this month, enabling commencement of the civil construction works.
- Tender negotiations continue to progress well to appoint a civil contractor.
