Welcome to your latest update on The Peninsula Collection at The Quarry.
Construction continues to progress well, with earthworks and pipe installations now complete. The next stage will focus on road construction, including preparing internal roads, boxing out the roadway, and installing road crossings. The majority of driveway panels have been installed, with this work due for completion in December.
The electrical scope will be completed in mid January 2026 with the installation of street lights.
Landscaping of the promenade adjoining the stage to the lookout has substantially progressed with the majority of hardscape works completed. Providing key pedestrian walkable linkages through the site.
Landscaping of the internal stage garden room is due to commence in December and be completed in early February 2026.
The Plan Sealing Application was lodged to Brisbane City Council in early November and is now under assessment. We are hopeful of obtaining plan sealing approval later this month.
Due to extensive rock conditions, our settlement timeframe has been adjusted, with settlements now expected to commence in January 2026.
