Planned Settlement: Q4 2026
Welcome to your first construction update for Release Seven at The Quarry.
- Site works are underway and Golding Contractors have mobilised, with rock excavation and earthworks now in progress.
- Retaining walls, sewer, water and electrical services will commence from July.
- We encourage all residents to stay up to date with activities and important information about life at The Quarry by visiting the Resident’s Hub.
- Settlements are on schedule to occur in Q4 2026, subject to weather and construction progress.
