Construction continues to progress well, with stormwater and sewer works now complete. Roadworks are well underway, with the concrete pours commenced to create road pavements. This is due to be completed in late November to allow electrical and streetscape landscaping to commence.

Landscaping of the Promenade adjoining the stage to the lookout has commenced in November with Naturform. The contractor is well underway with the hardscape construction of stairs, garden edging and fencing adjoining the look out zone, providing key pedestrian walkable linkages through the site.

Due to extensive rock conditions, our timeline has been adjusted, and settlements are now expected to commence in December 2025 or January 2026.
