Welcome to your latest update on The Peninsula Collection at The Quarry.
Civil construction has now been completed, and the street lighting has been installed and fully energised.
Landscaping works along the promenade from the stage to the Lookout are also complete. The internal central garden room and surrounding streetscape are progressing well, with planting scheduled for completion in early March 2026. Turfing of the nature strips will be finalised over the coming weeks.
We’re pleased to confirm that Plan Sealing approval for The Peninsula Collection has been achieved and the package is now lodged with Land Titles Office for Registration. Settlements are anticipated to commence in late March 2026.
In preparation for settlement, all lot owners may now proceed with valuations, site surveys and soil testing. To arrange your bookings, please contact the Golding team using the details below:
