Please note that the anticipated timeframe for settlement is indicative and subject to change due to the civil works program, external authority involvement and weather conditions.

Construction Progress: Landscaping
Commenced

Welcome to your latest update on The Peninsula Collection at The Quarry.

Construction continues to progress with kerbs, driveways, footpaths and allotment fencing now complete.

The electrical scope will be completed in February 2026 with the installation of street lights.

Landscaping of the promenade adjoining the stage to the Lookout is now complete. Landscaping of the internal stage garden room and streetscapes have commenced with planting to be completed in late early March 2026.

We are hopeful of obtaining Plan Sealing approval for The Peninsula Collection later this month, with settlements expected to commence in March 2026.

Importantly, in preparation for settlement, we have recently advised that all lot owners are able to commence valuations, site surveys and soil surveys. To arrange your bookings, please contact the Golding team via the below details.
