Welcome to your latest update on The Promenade Collection at The Quarry.

We’re pleased to share that in early May we received Operational Works Approval from Brisbane City Council, allowing construction works on site to officially commence.

Golding Contractors has been appointed as the civil contractor, with works scheduled to begin in late May 2026.

Over the coming months, residents can expect to see steady and visible progress across the precinct. Bulk earthworks are now complete, with lot shaping continuing and retaining wall construction set to commence shortly.

Settlement is currently anticipated for August/September 2026, subject to weather conditions and construction progress. We’ll continue to keep you informed with regular monthly updates as works advance.
