Welcome to your latest update on The Promenade Collection at The Quarry.

is progressing well across the site, with retaining walls on the Eastern side now nearing completion alongside the installation of underground services. Road boxing has also been completed, with preparations underway for kerb and pavement installation over the coming weeks.

On the Western side of Ridgeline Way, bulk earthworks have been completed, and lot filling and shaping are now in progress. Construction of retaining walls is scheduled to commence shortly. Sewer installation has also begun, with the remaining underground services - including water, electrical and communications, to be installed throughout July.

Settlement is currently anticipated in August/September 2026, subject to weather conditions and ongoing construction progress. We’ll continue to keep you updated with regular monthly progress reports as works advance.
