Your latest construction update for The Promenade at The Quarry

Construction is progressing well across the site, with retaining walls now complete on the eastern side, alongside the installation of underground services, concrete roads and footpaths. Electrical street light installation and landscaping works are scheduled to commence during August, further enhancing the streetscape as the community continues to take shape. The Plan Sealing Application for the eastern precinct was lodged with Council on 10 July and is currently under assessment, with approval anticipated within the first half of 2026.

On the western side of Ridgeline Way, lot filling and bulk earthworks are nearing completion, and retaining wall construction is well underway. Kerb installation was completed during July, helping define the future road network, while the remaining roadworks, retaining wall works and electrical infrastructure are scheduled for completion during August. The Plan Sealing Application process has also commenced, with council approval currently anticipated in late August to early September.

Settlement is currently anticipated for September 2026, subject to Council plan sealing approval timeframes.
