Your latest construction update for The Promenade at The Quarry

We're pleased to share that civil and landscape works across the Promenade Collection are progressing well, with several important milestones achieved in recent weeks.

On the western side of Ridgeline Way, plan sealing and title registration were successfully completed in August. Landscaping works are now underway, including tree planting, garden installation, fencing, and turfing, all of which are scheduled for completion during September. Installation of the street lighting is also in progress, and we are excited to advise that this stage will be opened mid-September, with all works expected to be complete by this time.

On the eastern side of Ridgeline Way, significant progress has also been made. Lot filling, retaining wall construction, roadworks, and underground services have now been completed. Footpath and driveway installations are scheduled for completion this month, alongside the commencement of landscaping works. The Plan Sealing Application was lodged with Brisbane City Council in August, with approval currently anticipated in early September.

Settlement is expected in late September 2026, subject to Brisbane City Council plan sealing approval timeframes.
