We're pleased to advise that civil works in Stage 11 are progressing well and are ahead of programme. As a result, we have brought our expected settlement timeframe forward one month.
Construction of the kerbs (gutters) is currently underway and forecast to be complete in mid November. In the next few weeks, the electrical and communication services will begin installation, followed by the footpath which will be 50% complete by the end of the year.
