Planned Settlement: Late March 2026 – Mid April 2026
We're pleased to advise that civil works in Stage 11 are ahead of program and we’ve revised our settlement expectations by one month.
- Topsoil and the last layer of asphalt are now complete.
- Signs and line marking to follow.
- In the coming weeks, we will be seeking a practical completion from the council.
