Stage 1B : Pioneer Townhomes

We are pleased to share another exciting update as construction progresses across the site. Scaffolding is being stripped today on several homes, marking a key milestone as works continue to advance. Plastering is now complete in several areas, and waterproofing is set to commence this week.

For homes 117–125, roofs are now on, and rough-ins have been successfully completed. Plastering began in mid-April, setting the stage for the next phase of internal works.

Homes 139–144 are also tracking well, with roofs installed and cladding on schedule to be completed by the end of the month. Plastering is already underway, keeping the build timeline on track.
