Welcome to the latest Mambourin Green Construction Update.
We’re excited to keep you informed about how the project is progressing, give you insights into the construction process and ensure you’re up to date with the development of your new community.
Early sewer works are now underway and are expected to be completed by early June.
Council engineering approval is expected shortly, which will allow the next phase to move forward.
Once approval is received, civil construction works, including drainage installation, are anticipated to begin in late June.
These works will help set the foundation for future stages of the project.
