Drainage works have now been completed, ensuring the site is well-prepared for effective stormwater management and future construction activities.
Water reticulation works are commencing shortly, where the installation of water mains will support future residential water supply.
Lower road pavement works are scheduled to commence in early September, marking the next key milestone in preparing the internal road network.
