We’re pleased to inform that AG drains and conduit installation is now complete. These works play a vital role in supporting effective subsurface drainage and enabling the delivery of underground utility services across the site. Completion of this phase ensures the development is well-prepared for future service connections and helps protect the integrity of the civil infrastructure.

Subbase FCR (fine crushed rock) works for the lower road pavement are also now complete. This milestone marks significant progress in delivering internal infrastructure and improving site accessibility, laying the foundation for future road surfacing and access throughout the development.

Kerb and channel works are now commencing, marking an important step in the civil construction process, helping to define the final road layout and supporting essential drainage infrastructure.
