We’re pleased to advise that kerb and channel works iare now complete. This milestone plays a key role in shaping the final road layout and supporting the drainage network, helping to manage stormwater effectively and maintain the long-term integrity of the road pavement.
Electrical reticulation works have now commenced, establishing the underground power network for the development. This phase delivers the key infrastructure that will provide reliable electricity to future homes.
Communication reticulation works, involving the installation of Opticomm infrastructure, are scheduled to commence shortly. This important phase ensures future homes will be ready for high-speed internet, supporting a connected and well-serviced community.
