We’re pleased to advise that electrical reticulation works are now complete, with the underground power network and public lighting infrastructure fully installed. This milestone delivers the essential services that will supply reliable electricity and street lighting to future homes within the development.

Communication reticulation works, including the installation of Opticomm infrastructure, have also been completed. With this groundwork in place, the stage is prepared for future high-speed internet services, supporting a well-connected community once homes are built.

Concrete works, involving the construction of footpaths and driveway crossovers, are now underway. These works help define the pedestrian layout and establish the formal access points that will serve future homes.

Topsoiling is scheduled to commence next, with placement across nature strips and lots. This work prepares the ground for future landscaping and establishes the final surface levels, contributing to the overall presentation of the development.
