Planned Settlements June 2026 – August 2026
Civil works in Stage 17 are progressing well and are on track with the original program dates.
- Installation of the drainage pipes is almost complete.
- Following completion of the drainage, works will commence on the base layer of the roads and then installation of the watermains.
